Four places. Here is what actually happens in each.

Nobody should join something, wait for a week, and find out it was the wrong room. So each one is described plainly, including how busy it is.

Telegram

Two different places, and they are not the same.

People often join only the channel and then wonder why nobody talks. The talking happens in the other one.

Channel · one way

The Civil Ashram channel

New videos, new papers, newspaper cuttings and anything important go here. Only we post. One or two messages a day. No arguing and no noise. If all you want is to know when something new goes up, this is the only one you need.

Anything new appears here first.

Group · two way

The discussion group

This is where you can ask. A question that will not come out, a method you want explained again, or a query on an answer key — post it here. The reply comes sometimes from us and sometimes from another aspirant. It may be the same day or the next.

This one is busy. If notifications bother you, mute it inside Telegram and open it when you need it.

WhatsApp

If Telegram is not on your phone.

The same material, in the place you are already in every day. Picking one is enough. You do not need both.

Channel · one way

The WhatsApp channel

The same as the Telegram channel. Posts arrive, you cannot reply, and your number is not visible to anybody else. This is the right one if you want to keep your number private.

Group · two way

The WhatsApp group

This one talks. Be aware that in a WhatsApp group your number is visible to the other members. That is how WhatsApp works, not a choice of ours, and it cannot be changed. If that does not suit you, take the channel or Telegram instead.

Where the teaching lives

The YouTube channel.

The actual teaching is here: sixteen series working through the maths and reasoning questions from CSAT papers 2016 to 2025, and the maths taught topic by topic. All of it is free and stays free.

Questions in the comments do get read, but the Telegram discussion group answers faster.

How the groups are run

Four rules, and they apply to everybody.

The rules

No question is too small. If a method has not come clear, asking is the correct thing to do. People who talk down to someone for asking are removed.

No advertising. Other courses, channels and recruitment links do not belong here.

No politics or religion. The internet has plenty of room for that already. This group is about one paper.

Do not share anyone’s number or private details. Passing a member’s number outside the group is an immediate removal.

You do not have to join anything.

All the material is open without joining. The groups exist because a question asked out loud gets answered faster, and helps somebody else at the same time.
