Every route reaches the same person. The only difference is how fast the reply comes.
A file that will not open, a link that is broken, or anything else that needs sorting quickly. Inside office hours the reply is usually the same day.

A question that will not come out, or a method you want explained again — this is the best place, because other aspirants answer too, and your question helps somebody else as well.
A receipt, an invoice, a question about a policy, a complaint, or a mistake you have spotted on the site. Email is answered on working days.

How long a reply takes.
These are the real times. They have not been shortened to look good.

If something has gone wrong.
If a file will not open, a link is broken, or an answer looks wrong, message on WhatsApp with the year of the paper and the question number. It gets fixed, and the correction is written up here.
If you find a mistake on the site, in an answer key or in a video, tell us. That is not treated as a complaint, it is treated as help. The mistake is fixed and the person who spotted it is thanked.
If you want information about you removed, see the data deletion instructions. Note that this site has no accounts and records nothing while you read the library.
If the question is about studying, ask in the group.
The answer comes faster, and a question asked there helps somebody else too.
