How to use these

Begin with no clock. Work through one whole paper and write the working for every question on paper. Then open the answer key. Wherever your method and the key take different routes is where the learning comes fastest.

Once three or four papers have been done that way, put the clock on. By then the method is yours, and the clock only makes it quicker.

We have read these and counted them

The 2024 paper is placed question by question, and the comprehension questions are counted for every year. With them, how the penalty rule changed in 2014, and which block came back in 2026.

The count, taken from the papers

General Studies Paper I

About these papers

Sixteen years of question papers and fifteen answer keys. There are no GS Paper I video lectures yet. The current affairs videos are below.

These are the Set A papers. UPSC issues four sets each year with the same questions in a different order, so one set is enough to practise from. UPSC has not released the 2026 key yet, so that cell says so rather than holding a dead link.

Worked solutions

Twelve questions, opened all the way up.

Every question in the CSAT Check is explained three ways: the full method, the exam-hall shortcut, and the trap most people fall into. This part is free whether you buy anything or not.

You do not have to take the test to read them. Scroll to the end and read the solutions directly. Plenty of people do that, and it works.

The rest of the exam

Current affairs, and the exam itself.

These two series sit outside CSAT. The first keeps the part of the newspaper the exam actually uses. The second is about the exam itself, and it includes the video on the Mains QCA booklet.

Mains

One video on Mains, on how the Question cum Answer booklet works. It sits in the General information series above.

New material is announced on the Telegram channel. Community →
